Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Returned items that are stained, worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Sale / discounted items
- Limited edition or custom orders
- Underwear or intimate apparel (if applicable)
- Gift cards
These items are final sale.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue and your order number
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
